The real estate company Reginn hf. is the parent company of the group, which is comprised of subsidiaries where the asset portfolio is stored. Reginn carries out daily management of the group, coordination and oversees operations of subsidiaries

• The parent company owns all shares in its subsidiaries. Subsidiaries that are seperate legal entities are the actual operating companies of real estate, own real estate and operate, generate revenue through leasing and operations, pay loans related to the real estate.
• All subsidiaries are seperate profit units, contractual relationships are protected in subsidiaries.

• In addition to operations of subsidiaries, the daily operations of the company are based on two independent departments which operate contrary to the organizational chart of the company.
• The departments defined as support units are Financing and Leasing.
